  • Please note that this is only the initial step – your formal application in Academic Portfolio must be completed by October 15, 2025.
  • People and Culture will assess your leave eligibility and open a case in Academic Portfolio, where you will need to complete and submit your application.
  • You will receive an automated email notification once the case has been created, and we encourage you to submit your application as promptly as possible.
  • All documentation associated with the application must completed no later than the deadline to ensure timely delivery to the appropriate approving committees and leadership.
